This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of Appellees in a lawsuit filed by Appellant alleging wrongful termination on the basis of national origin as a result of his termination from employment with one Appellee, El Paso Disposal, L.P. The trial court originally granted summary judgment in favor of Appellees Waste Connections, Inc., El Paso Disposal, L.P., and Ray Lesh based on traditional motions for summary judgment filed by those Appellees. The trial court also granted summary judgment in favor of Appellee Camino Real Environmental Center, Inc. based upon its "no-evidence" motion for summary judgment. Appellant appeals in five issues challenging the courts granting of the summary judgments. For the reasons stated, we affirm.
